1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://perfectmedikart.com/, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register and place orders. Minors are not allowed to use this Site.

3. Products & Prescriptions

Certain medicines require a valid prescription under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940. You agree to upload/submit prescriptions when required.
We reserve the right to reject any order if prescriptions are invalid, expired, or unlawful.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
We use secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store card details.
Prices include GST where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver products within timelines shown, but delays may occur.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to regulations, medicines once sold are generally non-returnable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect supply.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations must be requested before dispatch.

7. User Obligations

You agree not to:

Misuse the Site for unlawful purposes.
Upload false prescriptions.
Attempt unauthorized access or tamper with the Site.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks on the Site are the property of Perfect Medikart. Unauthorized use is prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademark Act, 1999.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Information on the Site is for general knowledge only.
Always consult a doctor before consuming any medicine.
Perfect Medikart is not liable for misuse of products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Return and Refund Policy

At Perfect Medikart, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, certain restrictions apply.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support at [your support email/phone].
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

2. Non-Returnable Products

As per the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and related guidelines:

Medicines, healthcare products, and consumables cannot be returned once sold and delivered, except in specific cases listed below.
This ensures product integrity and patient safety.

3. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

You receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
The product is missing from your order.

Conditions for returns:

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except in cases of defect/damage).
A valid invoice/receipt must be provided.

4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment or issued as store credit (as applicable).
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after verifying your details.

5. Shipping Charges

If a return is due to our error (wrong, defective, damaged, or expired product), shipping charges will be refunded.
For all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
